I'm going to be 21 this year and I'm sick of eating whatever I want and paying for it. I've never been skinny, but I haven't been "fat". I have your typical rolls, so I suppose I'm average. I'm doing this for myself, not society. Strict dieting and exercise everyday until I lose 20 pounds to get me at 125-130. This is my Tumblog as I work my way to my goal. Support is needed! It was probably just your period starting.

Yeah. You’re probably right. It was just weird since it’s never happened before. Really freaked me out. Haha.

Goodness. Another busy week. I’ve been sticking to the diet though. Except for the past couple of days. I made couscous (a type of rice) for dinner a couple nights ago and it turned out fine. I had a very productive Saturday and started my day with coffee, two cups. Nothing out of the ordinary. Then, I started feeling extremely jittery, hot, very dizzy, almost passed out 6 times (I am not over exaggerating), and started having trouble breathing. After I ate, that only made me feel nauseous. I had intense stomach pains for two days and continuously felt nauseous. It finally stopped yesterday when I started my period. Note: this never happens before my period. Ever.

But, whenever I ate, I get stomach pains for at least an hour and my stomach constantly makes a bubbly sound. I’m not sure what’s wrong, but I don’t have time to see a doctor. I’m sure this isn’t what you guys want to hear, but I would greatly appreciate feedback. Any thoughts?

Well, on my end. Goodnight for others. Yesterday was a pretty crazy day, but today is very calm and short. I weighed myself this morning out of curiosity. By cutting out everything that I consumed before (sweets, sodas, unhealthy foods), I lost 4 pounds this week. I’ve just been eating a standard diet. No exercise just yet, so my body is simply consuming less fat at the moment. I was still quite happy to see that. Have a good day! :) ♥

Not a breakfast person.

I’m not a breakfast person at all. I can’t just wake up and eat, especially early in the morning. But, since I know how important breakfast is, I am forcing myself to eat strawberries. I know it’ll be worth it in the end. Off to classes, and I’m packing lunches again. Made my spinach wrap again, carrots, and a banana. Have a good day everyone!
